     To define different election methods and the
      ways that women can participate in.
     To Define Quota System.

     To reach a common ground on the best method
      to use for enabling women political participation.

     Women    Alliances is a must, and should be
      established.
     Women must be part of NEC.
     Women Advocacy Groups must be created to
      push hard for inclusion of clear explicit articles
      in elections law on how women can participate
      in the elections.

      Quota system.
     Women must bypass the political parties
      differences to present a common view for NEC.

     Campaigns must be worked out in concentrated
      rates.
     More work is needed inside political parties in
      different states.
     Close meetings are needed with different parties
      and civil society organization to make a draft for the
      elections law. FEF should sponsor these meetings.

     Workshops are needed to enable women facing the
      election process.
     Women must be represented in NEC.
     A campaign must be done by women in political
      parties and civil society organizations. It might be
      promotional, educational, advocacy and public with
      a slogan: Quota is Justice NOT Separation!

      basis
     FEF, UNIFEM and GCRT are to coordinate the
      forum.
     An urgent meeting was agreed upon to set the
      priorities and strategies that organize the work
      and set the following steps.

FEF should sponsor these meetings.

It might be promotional, educational, advocacy and public with a slogan: Quota is Justice NOT Separation!
