XOtel was founded in Latvia in 2006 and is one of the leading international voice traffic carriers
in CIS with representative offices in Czech Republic and Ukraine. Our customers include many
of the world-known PTT’s, carriers, mobile operators, VoIP providers as well as residential and
small business consumers.
We take pride in our high quality voice termination and community oriented calling cards
sold through our distributors. In addition to voice termination, XOtel provides a unique range
of services in interconnect and anti-fraud environment, including SIM Box detection, CLI

XOtel’s anti-fraud solutions are based on our experience, expertise and extensive knowledge
of telecommunications fraud schemes, accumulated through intensive work in this area for

SIM Box detection
SIM Boxes have been known to hugely impact mobile operators around the globe. Our effective
SIM Box detection system, which utilizes sophisticated know-how technologies, will prevent

CLI monitoring
Mobile operators’ revenues largely depend on guaranteed CLI. It is monitored by test calls
