This document provides instructions for using the database Factiva to search for newspaper articles on crisis management and national preparedness in Singapore. 15. Using the Discovery Pane You will see possible keywords, e.g. pandemic. You can broaden your search by including the term Scroll down Discovery Pane until you see the Keywords and Subjects sections
