Designed for use inL3laboratories, it is highlyrobustfordailyuse. The system enables the preparation of upto24biological
samples from soft to hard tissue (animal human tissue, plant tissue, microorganisms…) and has
been validated on more than 1000 different samples: from brain, muscle and heart
samples to very hard matter such as bones, hair and rice…
A figure-of-8 multi-directional motion gives a high energy level to the beads that
grind up to 24 samples together in just a few seconds, at speeds ranging from 4000
rpm to 6800 rpm. Typical homogenization time is thus around 30 seconds. Samples
are then ready for analysis using DNA, RNA analysis, PCR, Electrophoresis, Liquid
Chromatography, Western Blot…

Precellys 24-Dual is a biological sample homogenizer for medium throughput (up to 12 samples) and a diverse range of biological
samples (several different tube formats according to the size and quantity of your samples).
The system enables sample preparation in 0.5ml, 2ml or 7ml tubes and biological samples from soft to hard
tissues / from 1mg to 5000 mg.

MINILYS
Minilys is a small and compact homogenizer for fast hands-free disruption of a wide range of biological samples (prior to DNA,
RNA, proteins or drug extraction) at a low throughput level.
Flexible (0.5ml, 2ml, 7ml lysing tubes) and easy to handle, it is the only small homogenizer that works in 3D motion, following
standard protocols and providing more homogeneous results. Moreover, Minilys is extremely budget-friendly.

Specially designed for low-throughput laboratory workflows and personal use, Minilys homogenizes 3 samples
simultaneously in 0.5ml/2ml tubes or 1 sample in 7ml. Small and compact, Minilys requires minimal bench space

CRYOLYS
for sensitive samples
Cryolys is the only patented cooling option that prevents the increase of temperature during lysing; it thus enhances the efficiency
of molecular extraction, resulting in premium quality analysis, maintaining temperature at approximately 4°C before and during
homogenization.
It enables the extraction of stable RNA and native-state proteins. Cryolys is compatible with Precellys 24 and Precellys 24-Dual
homogenizers.
Cold air (-50°C) is sprayed around each tube so that the temperature during homogenization remains at around 4°C. A probe enables
real-time monitoring of the temperature inside the lid, thus protecting sensitive molecules from degradation during sample preparation.
