2. Background International children day, which is always commemorated on November 20 each year, hopefully can waken the entire society on children rights. Started with giving exclusive ASI (“Air Susu Ibu”) at the first six months, sufficient education and released from all crimes, not only in house but also in environment as well as wakening our consciousness to child trafficking which is spreading recently. Affection and empathy especially for less-fortunate children, who are living in reformatories,“Rumah Singgah” and problematic children who are currently in jail, even becomes one of our objectives to commemorate Intenational children day. Today, we all as parents spare our time and attention to see the problem and give a little role and contribution to solve the problem. Refer to the above background, CHILDREN & FAMILY EXPO 2009 will be held. Located at Jakarta Convention Center on November 2 – 22, 2009, this event will show various products, services and education for children and the whole family. Various games, talk show and sensitivity program to less-fortunate children. We will put aside space rent and entry ticket for child protection programs which are managed by Unicef and “Komnas Perlindungan Anak”. Therefor, we are expecting support from many parties to succeed this event.
