GULL is a not-for-profit foundation registered in
California, USA. It uses internet distribution to
support global communities in training, end-user
corporations and other organizations, social and faith-
based communities, professional bodies and
Government agencies.
Income is independently audited in the UK (the base
for global support services) by a qualified accountant.
Any trading surpluses are re-distributed in the form
of partial scholarships to disadvantaged groups …

GULL provides outcomes directed, professional
development pathways that enable learners to find
solutions to work or community-based challenges.
There is no formal curriculum (the curriculum is
derived from the learner’s work) and each pathway to

GULL operates through organizations, networks and
communities. Each local distributor is responsible for
learner support and for complying with a robust,
transparent, quality assurance system, based on self-
review and step by step improvement.
The learner is responsible for tracking, collating and
presenting the evidence of learning and application
appropriate to the level of award. All outcomes at
professional Bachelor, Master and Doctoral levels are
subject to independent verification.
