Working closely it develops our category strategies which influence everything from brand management to sales. Pricing and promotions are a key lever of our marketing strategies. Our aim is to support the Brand and Customer Management teams to develop and implement pricing strategies that deliver value and growth. We also provide the expertise when setting base prices for new and existing customers and work closely on insight analysis when planning promotions. Our aim is all about ensuring Wild Cat is not only able to perform in the market now, but also succeed in the future. Innovation comprises of three main objectives from concept through to launch:
