The annual European Immunization Week aims to increase vaccination coverage by drawing attention to and increasing awareness of the importance of immunization. This presentation is provided to be used in campaign activities in the countries in the European Region.

is becoming less valued, resulting in
declining vaccination coverage and
outbreaks

Initiative grew from 6 pilot countries to 53
participating Member States in only 7 years
• Now one of the Region’s most visible public health
