 Above-referenced Freedom of Informatim

Your appeal raised two issues. One issue was
search for records. In response, I reiniti ~td of the adequacy of the agency's
a search for responsive documents and
identified three additional documents thedt were

withheld. This letter responds to the part of

whole or in part, an additional twenty-Si. documents

withheld. Second, I am including a corn ete
list of documents involved in the appeal.
The list identifies each document and inicates
its current disposition. We are forwarding
this list in the belief that in this instance it is
the public interest to do so, although we
reiterate, as Mr. Boling's letter of July 2
2001, stated, that requestors are not entitled
such a listing at the administrative stage o to

Your appeal raised two issues. One issue was search for records. In response, I reiniti ~td of the adequacy of the agency's a search for responsive documents and identified three additional documents thedt were forwarded to you on September 21, 2001.
