Your Health Risk Assessments [HRA]
Assess your health grade in:

Cancer resistance

After completing the Health Risk Assessment, you will receive an accurate and
detailed outline of your total health status. The test should be re-taken periodically
to see how your health has improved.

Your scores are calculated from the latest research and data that affect your
overall health. Proprietary algorithms weigh each of these factors according to the
degree to which they affect overall health. Findings are based on hard data that
look at the effects of these factors on longevity and quality of life.

How does the program work?
While other programs and products generally provide short-term, band-aid solutions, our program treats the
root emotional causes of your addictive behavior. This method, called structural cognitive training, teaches
and helps you practice how to make rational rather than emotional decisions about eating.

the root emotional causes of your dependent behavior. This method, called structural cognitive training,
teaches and empowers you to make rational rather than emotional decisions about drinking.

Why Our Program is different
This transformational 3-week program is delivered entirely by a certified instructor, on-line. He will
teach you how to take charge of your life in relationship with alcohol through engaging and empowering
stories, examples, and highly interactive feedback. Learn how to become an ex-drinker without feeling
deprived and without missing it. Become excited and enthusiastic about the possibilities for your future
by just listening to powerful life-changing principle and practicing the simple concepts that you are
taught in the workshop.

Start Your Program Now

At your on-line group workshop you will take a Resilience and Stress Management Program with
people from around the globe. You will be able to share with your classmates via a bulletin
board on your personal home page and get to know them at the live RealTalk Radio Support
Groups (also accessible on your Personal Home Page). You may take the session at any time
during the day or night. If you miss a class you can always take it when you have time by
clicking on the start session button on your Personal Home Page. Mary's on-line workshops are
similar to the live programs she teaches nationwide and you can attend them in the privacy of
your own home. All you need is a PC and speakers and Flash - which most all computers have.

The Classes
Our Resilience and Stress Management consists of four classes taught by Dr. Steinhardt. She
teaches the program in an audio/visual workshop format utilizing Flash animation, quizzes and a
printable On-line Manual which reinforces the critical concepts of the program. Each Class is 30
- 60 minutes in length.
90-Day Walking Program

Purpose of Our 90-Day Walking Program
The purpose is for exercise to become a regular part of your life and for it to be an activity that
you eagerly anticipate.

Why? Because you deserve it.

How It Works
Habits and patterns rule. Most of what we do on a daily basis is a function of habit and that is both
good and bad. Some of our habits are productive and some do not provide well-bing. Three
common features of all habits is that once a habit is established it is easy to do, becomes
automatic and is hard to break.
