1. How To Make A Fortune With Affiliate Marketing
It's dead simple
Without further ado, here is my favorite tip on how to dramatically increase your affiliate marketing
earnings. It's really simple. Are you ready?
Sell more expensive products! You really have to target products that will make you a higher
commission. I'm talking about hundreds of dollars in commission for every sale. It takes just as much
time and energy to sell more expensive products than it does to sell cheaper products. That's a fact.
So aim big in life and in business and start promoting big-ticket items. That's really the secret to
earning a higher income with affiliate marketing.
You could really be earning a full-time living online with affiliate marketing if you follow this simple
piece of advice. There are two types of products you can promote following this strategy.
The first is one-time sales of products that cost about 1000$. You often get somewhere around 50%
in commissions. That means 500$ in the bank after 1 single sale. That's way better than 50% of a
20$ e-book, don't you think? And it works!
The second kind of big-ticket item you can and should promote are products that offer recurring
commissions. These are products that will continue to generate you money month after month.
Ideally, you should be targeting items that will generate you over 500$ over time. To find these in
ClickBank, just look at the Average Rebill Amount data for each product, you can sort the products
from highest to lowest following this strategy and it will give you a good idea of which products you
should promote.
I'm telling you this. It's just as easy to sell a 1000$ product than it is to sell a 20$ item so stop
wasting your time and energy on smaller commissions and start earning like the big guys. This way
you could easily earn 6 figures a year in affiliate marketing commissions or even 7 figures a year.
The sky is the limit.
Of course, there are other things you should take into consideration when choosing a product to
promote. But that's for another article... In summary, the things you should look out for when
choosing a product to promote are whether it's a proven seller(look at the product's gravity)...
whether people are actually looking for a product like this(look for a problem your niche is facing
and promote a product that solves that problem)... and much more. There are other factors and you
should take the time to learn about what needs to be taken into consideration before you waste your
time promoting a product that just won't sell.
I'm personally going to follow this strategy to begin earning a living online. Affiliate marketing is a
great way to start earning a full-time income online for many reasons. If you don't know why you
should get into affiliate marketing, here are my top reasons:
1. you don't have to deal with customer service. The merchant takes care of that 100% of the time.
2. you don't need to create your own product which takes a lot of time and energy

There are more reasons of course but this is just the top reasons why you should consider affiliate
marketing as a way to start your make money online journey.
I read however in The Fastlane Millionaire(a great read by the way, I highly recommend it) that if
you want to become rich online, you should not promote other people's products... you should
instead create your own product and get people to promote it for you. In other words, become the
merchant and have your own affiliates... your own affiliate program! This is great advice and should
be taken into consideration. The reason I bring this up is that although affiliate marketing is a great
way to get started in the online business world, it should only be a stepping stone in my opinion.
Actually, I take back what I just said. Some people are making 7 figures a year online just with
affiliate marketing so it can be a great way to get rich... So, I'm not sure if I entirely agree with MJ
De Marco from The Fastlane Millionaire... But it is true that if you want to be earning MORE than 7
figures a year, you should probably be promoting your own brand, your own products instead of
promoting other people's products and making them rich.
So again, let's get back to the main point of this
article, if you are interested in earning a lot of
money(I'm talking 7 figures a year) in affiliate
marketing commissions, you need to be
targeting those big-ticket items. Aim to sell
1000s of 1000$ products instead of 100000s of
10$ products. You know what I mean? It takes
less effort to do this.
Where can you find these big-ticket items? Look through the affiliate program directories like
ClickBank and all the other top affiliate program directories(for a comprehensive list of the best
alternatives to ClickBank, check out Affilorama's free video of top 10 alternatives to ClickBank -
you'll need to sign up and check out their free videos to find it). If you look for them and seek them
out, you will find them. Another option is to go to internet marketing/affiliate marketing forums like
the Warrior Forum and use their search option to find big-ticket items others are promoting. I've
done this personally and found products that earn you 100s of dollars in commissions. Remember,
we're looking ninja newbie training for products that will earn us at least $500 in commission.
