4. Who pays?
 $545,000 to come from district
reserves
 $2,019,730 to come from NYS
Department of Education Building Aid
funds
 NO increase in taxes
TOTAL cost of project not to exceed
$2,564,730

5. What is included?
Every building will receive:
 Upgrades to network technology
 Fire alarm upgrades
 Recoat Hypalon roof and other roofing
items

6. ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Additional proposed work includes:
 Replace boiler and water heater
 Control ice at canopy/roof edge
 Improve acoustical controls in cafeteria

7. MIDDLE SCHOOL
Additional proposed work includes:
 Repair columns and front steps
 Sump pump for crawlspace

8. HIGH SCHOOL
Additional proposed work includes:
 Upgrade parking lot drainage
 Replace stage rigging
 Replace pressure relief valve, kitchen water heater
and pump
 Replace gym heating and ventilation system in the
gym
