The trend in major medical renewals has been to offer higher
deductible co-insurance and co-pay options as well as increase
employee premiums. This trend of increased employee out-of-
pocket costs and increased premiums does nothing to improve
benefits and makes it more difficult for employees to afford a claim.
The HealthPak solution allows companies to lower overall group
medical premiums and help their employees to lessen their out-of-
pocket claims costs.
