 Rajiv Dingra – CEO WATConsult, Chief Blogger WATBlog
Rajiv has been a digital media analyst and social media evangelist for the last 5 years. WATBlog’s chief
blogger & the CEO of a leading social media consultancy firm WATConsult, Rajiv is a well known
prolific Blogger & a young dynamic entrepreneur who started WATMedia Pvt Ltd four years ago and has
excelled in carving a niche for himself in the Digital Media Industry. His social media expertise lies in
understanding the Indian Mobile and Web Space. He has been a part of several digital media panels like
Digital media Conclave, Yahoo Digital media and Eximus – IIM Bangalore event & is a prolific speaker.
He is on the jury of The Bees Awards (San Francisco).

Zaeem Mirza – Digital Marketing Strategist Having worked with top technology, advertising, and
media companies including Communicate 2, AmoebaCom & Google, Zaeem gets excited about new
briefs and deadlines. In his previous employments, he’s had the fortune of working on key accounts like
Mercedes, Ebay, Harley Davidson, Sony, and so on. At Google, he has had the fortune of working on
Google AdWords, Google Local, Google Maps, and Google Business Solutions. His passion to educate
himself allows him to take sessions on brand management, direct marketing, advertising and account
management at graduate and post-graduate colleges including Jai Hind, SIES, KC, St. Xavier’s, and so on.
He says that I learn more when I teach. Zaeem graduated in mass media management from St. Xavier’s
College, Mumbai with a university rank. That plus a post graduation in advertising management from
MICA notwithstanding, he harbours a secret desire to create digital entrepreneurs out of every
individual.

 Ekalavya Bhattacharya - Sr. Manager (Zapak.com), Social Media, Social Gaming Ekalavya started his
career in a dotcom startup PaGaLGuY.com. A year later he joined Rajiv Dingra to set up WAT Consult,
the consulting arm of WAT Media. He moved on to Contests2win.com as the Product Head there and in
his latest avatar he can be seen executing Social Games and charting out social communication strategies
for brands at Zapak.com

Ruchi Mehta – VP Client Servicing at WATConsult Ruchi begin her career with a leading PR agency -
Adfactors as an Account Executive for over two years. She joined WATConsult as a VP Client Servicing &
has since then been an important pillar in contributing to this startup with Rajiv Dingra (Founder & CEO
WATConsult). She now manages a team of young social media enthusiasts & looks over all the client
activities. Her leadership & communication skill clubbed with her people-friendly nature makes her a
great addition to the team.

Milind Gonsalves – Senior Social Media Executive at WATConsult Milind is a BMM graduate and has
been in the field of social media since a year now.He started his career at Tonic Media as a Social Media
