Hosting a MOM project takes a lot of work but can also be very rewarding. It requires coordinating many teams including dental, medical, pharmacy, registration, and volunteers. Key contacts include Dr. Dickinson for approvals, Barbara Rollins for information and assistance, and Bill Hall for setup advice. The logistics coordinator's responsibilities include layout of patient areas, signage, equipment setup and transportation, food, facilities, and managing costs and donations. Proper planning, volunteer coordination, and thank you efforts are important for ensuring a successful MOM project.
