6. PROCEDURE OF INCORPORATION STEP-1 INCORPORATION OF THE COMPANY (A)Name approvalThe first step in getting our company registered is the approval of name for the Company. Generally, it took us about seven days to get the approval. The following steps are required for name approval: We had to file an application in Form No. 1A with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) of the State of West Bengal. The application was signed by one of the promoter Mr.Wasim Ahmed and contained the following details: Minimum 2 alternative names for the proposed Company was been filed to Registrar of Companies. Names and address of the members were been described in the form. Authorized Capital of the Company ie; 25,00,0000/- was been mentioned in the form ( 2500 equity shares of Rs 1000/- )

7. Main objects of the Company On submitting the application, the ROC has scrutinizes the same and had sends the approval in about 10 days to the applicant. Director Identification Number (DIN) The Directors of the company, had register and had got an identification number under the new requirements. It is called Director Identification Number (DIN). The application was filed online. The form along with the supporting documents (PAN Card & Residence proof duly attested by CA,) was been sent to the offices designated by respective ROCs. The fee for obtaining DIN was been deposited online. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) The Directors of the company, had acquired the Digital Signature Certificate (DSC). .

8. STEP-2. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE FILED WITH ROC:The following documents are required to be submitted to the ROC : MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES – It was being executed by the promoters MrWasim Ahmed and Mr.KishanJaiswal in their own hand in the presence of a witness in quadruplicate stating their full name, father’s name, residential address, occupation, number of shares subscribed etc CERTAIN FORMS BEING FILLED UP Form No. 1 - This was being filed by one of the directors of the Company stating that all the requirements of the incorporation have been complied with. Form No. 18 - This was being filed by one of the directors of the Company informing the ROC of the registered office of the Company. CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATIONAfter the above documents were being filed, the ROC had called the attorney on a specified date for scrutiny and making corrections, if any in the Memorandum and Articles filed. On complying with the same, the certificate of incorporation was sent by post to the registered office of the newly registered company.
