- 2. Sometimes the pressure is so high... The hours are so long... The problems so big... The whole world seems to be against us... Do you know what you should do? Here are some suggestions...
- 3. Pretend that all that is not happening to you! Have fun!
- 4. Act silly!
- 5. Don’t listen to the oneswho make you feel depressed!
- 6. Smile!
- 8. Do what you enjoy!
- 10. Be warm and loving!
- 11. Make time forthe things you love!
- 13. Leave your fears aside and... Be a bit ridiculous!
- 14. Fightfor perfection... ...but not to exhaustion!
- 15. Life is better when we have fun... ...so do anything you like.
- 16. And the most important: Life doesn’t end today...
- 17. And doesn’t start tomorrow..
- 18. Don’t stop!! Each minuteof stressis wasted time
- 19. This is why I wish you: A little madness anda little imagination,so you can see life better than usual!!
