Failing to give proper recognition

    people off; don’t
    recognize them
Claiming credit that we don’t deserve


   Give the due credit
    to the due person
Making excuses
   Blunt and subtle
   Dog ate my lunch
Clinging to the past


   Stop blaming others
    for choices you made
Playing favorites


   Why does the dog
    gets most of your
    attention ?
Refusing to express regret


   We rarely have to
    apologies for being
    right.
Not listening


   Wrong signal
     I don’t care
      about you
     You are wrong

     All of the above
Failing to express gratitude


   If you cant say
    anything say “THANK
    YOU”
Punishing the messenger


   Angry on employee who
    tells us something we
    don’t want to hear
Passing the buck



   Opposite of claiming
    the credit that
    others deserve
An excessive need to be me
