Transforming bread in a
        luxury product

CREATE A NEW MARKET WITH A FAST
     MOVING CONSUMATION
         GOOD AS BREAD :
Why?

 By analyzing the consumers, we realized that there
was a lake in the bread market, we all know the
classic bread which does crumbs everywhere, which
is not easy to eat, on which you have to put
something to add some taste. But we do all consume
bread and it is good for our health.

 So we decided to create a new type of bread without
 those inconvenient.
How the idea did came?

 We saw lots of crumbs at a very luxury
  restaurant =
problem thus opportunity
 -We saw people needing to cut their bread =
problem thus opportunity
 -We saw people needing to put something on
  the bread=
problem thus opportunity
 -We saw old people having difficulties to eat
  and cut bread=
problem thus opportunity
 - We saw the amount of daily bread
  consumption =
  opportunity
 -And we ate sweets=
opportunity

MIXING PROBLEMS AND OPPORTUNITY WE
  CAME OUT WITH…
THE B&B
BRIGHT & BREAD
Prototyping
How?

 We’ll cook little peaces of bread that you can eat in one
mouthful and that will have its own taste

 1. Change the size of bread
 To avoid the bread’s crumb  one mouthful
   To create multiple taste
 To add some lux in the product the more rare is the product the more
    value it has got!

Make things little and unique to add them some lux!
How?

 2. Add a taste

 We’ll create hundred different tastes from sweat to salt, from
butter bread to chocolate, from aubergine with garlic to
potatoe with red pepper so people won’t have to add anything
     on it!

Make things easier to add some lux!
How?

 3. Change the visibility

 Use chocolate boxes to package little bread
 Making different kind of boxes: Premium,
     Silver, Gold boxes
 Making the product itself attracting and
     smelling the taste of it

Make things shiny to add some lux!
How?

 4. Marketing
  Product:
     See point 1/2/3
  Place:
     Open premium shops
Create a partnership with luxury hotels and restaurants
     Create the demand
More rare the product is, more luxury it is!
 o Price:
High prices to add some lux!
 o Promotion:
Create a social network where people would add some new taste, meet
each other  create a new social community around this new market
Create a special boxes/shape of product for valentine’s day, new year,
     Easter holidays…
