2. Candidate sees a list of Teachers who taught them the courses for that
particular semester

3. Student selects a particular teacher-course combination.
A questionnaire is displayed to him/ her.

4. Student gives response on 5-star rating scale,
ranging from “Average” to “Awesome”. Comments are optional.

5. A confirmation is displayed on successful submission of each
questionnaire. A progress bar at the top is also displayed.

6. The Manager generates the feedback results (pdf reports) on the click
of a button.
