per il ripieno: gamberi rossi di Mazara e arancia |per la salsa: salsa di pomodoro fresco,
gamberi
I ravioli vengono preparati in casa facendo una pasta fresca all'uovo. Le uova devono essere
rigorosamente provenienti da agricoltura biologica, meglio ancora se dal contadino. Per i
ripieno si usano gamberi rossi di Mazara e arancia. Per il condimento preparare una salsa
semplice di pomodorino fresco e gamberi soffritti leggermente.
Si tratta di un piatto fisso del nostro ristorante Fonte del Penitente.
