The Integra Network and the future of Integra : trends and policies
Revenues are necessary to ensure our independence
and autonomy …
Revenues are needed to cover our fixed costs in each
country …
Revenues are needed to help financing our actions
and developments …
INTEGRA is a non-profitable European
Entity, with no profitable goals ...
This does not mean that INTEGRA
should not have revenues …
Do we need Revenues?
25. CONFERENCE INTEGRA
EIGSI, La Rochelle, 23 May 2013
The Integra Network and the future of Integra : trends and policies
How can we obtain Revenues?
Business Model (still open - ideas)
1. Base structure in each country can be supported
by low cost flat rates:
Between 100/200 members, all paying a small annual
fee ...
To face local fixed costs and general expenses.
2. INTEGRA Research & Developments:
Supported by R&D applications/projects;
What is the value of a network with 50 members (for the
moment), from several backgrounds, in 5 different EU countries?
Supported by Integra funding (like crowd funding,
only for members, with property rights guaranteed).
