QUESTIONS WHAT IS A STATE WHAT IS A CONSTITUTION WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF GOVERMENT
WHAT IS A STATE A STATE IS MORE KNOWED AS A  DEPARTAMENT IN COLOMBIA. The state is a political concept that refers to a form of social organization consisting in a set of involuntary constitutions, that has the power to regulate national life in a particular territory.  Using special and determinate rules.
WHAT IS A CONSTITUTION The Constitution or Magna Cart is the fundamental rule it is written to make the rules for a sovereign state this constitution is the rule power of a state, established or accepted to govern it. The constitution sets limits and defines the relationship between state powers that are defined as legislative, executive and judicial.
WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF GOVERMENT There are many forms of goverment but the Principal forms are judiciary executive and legistative. The Legislative executive and judiciary Branch consists of the Senate and House of Representatives,  which together form the Colombian Congress, which sits in the capital of the Republic.
legislativepower The Legislative Branch consists of the Senate and House of Representatives,  which together form the Colombian Congress, which sits in the capital of the Republic. The basic function of Congress is to amend the Constitution,  laws and exercise the political control of government. All members are elected directly by the people for a period of four years.  The Senate has 100 members.
Executive power The executive branch is headed by the President  of the Republic, who serves as head of state, head of government and supreme administrative authority.  The Executive is also composed of Cabinet members and heads of administrative departments. the President must not only comply with and enforce the Constitution and laws of Colombia, but also must ensure the rights and freedoms of all Colombians.
Judiciary power La Constitución prevé que la administración de justicia en Colombia está a cargo de la Corte Constitucional, la Corte Suprema de Justicia, el Consejo de Estado, el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, la Fiscalía General de la Nación, los diversos tribunales y jueces y el sistema de justicia penal militar.
