20% Personally Enrolled Commission

VMdirect’s Compensation Program is a flexible 3x8 matrix which allows you to earn well below your
8th level and permits you to open additional legs upon advancement.


                                    How far do you want to go?

                      There are 3 ways you can make money with VMdirect:
             through matrix commissions, retail sales and our generous bonus programs.

  You are equipped with the Current Commission Report (located in your VMdirect Virtual Admin
 Center) for step-by-step details on all the milestones you need to hit, to put more money in your
                                               pocket.
                          Use these tools – stay focused – and don’t quit.
                                     That is the key to success.


You earn a 20% commission of the subscription fee on each Personally Enrolled Retail Customer
and VMdirect Affiliate’s monthly service level fee, every month! You and your Personally Enrolled
Affiliates must be on the latest Compensation Plan and at Fast Track Service Level or above.

In addition, you and your upline are paid a matrix commission ranging from 2% to 5% of the
Commissionable Volume (CV) from all your VMdirect Affiliates Service Level fees, and their
Affiliates’ fees, and their helloWorld and eligible AttainResponse customers’ fees. CV = @65% of
the monthly subscription fee.

Whether you earn 2% to 5% depends upon the level the VMdirect Affiliate resides within your
business matrix. Let’s say you personally enrolled Sue, and she is on the 3rd level of your business
matrix. Sue enrolls a customer. You will receive 3% of 65% (CV) of the Service Level fee.

Level 0 - YOU                        -        100% of your helloWorld and eligible AttainResponse
                                              Retail Customers’ Retail Volume is counted as Personal
Level 1                             2%        Business Volume (PBV+) and Group Business Volume
                                              (GBV), for purposes of Rank advancement volume
Level 2                             3%        qualifications. Retail Commissions are paid monthly
                                              directly on your VMdirect debit card, or via direct
Level 3 - Sue                       3%
                                              deposit.
Level 4                             4%
                                              VMdirect Affiliates must have a minimum of one active
Level 5                             4%        helloWorld or AttainResponse Retail Customer in order
                                              to earn Commissions and Bonuses.
Level 6                             4%

Level 7                             5%        AttainResponse Commissions are paid to eligible
                                              VMdirect Chief Executive and Fast Track Affiliates within
Level 8 and beyond                  5%        the first 8 levels of the enroller tree.

Numerous Performance Reward Bonuses

The VMdirect compensation plan is rich with performance reward bonuses so you’ll be very
pleasantly surprised all along the way. It’s designed to reward you for all your customer
acquisition, retention, and Rank achievements, big or small! Don’t try to memorize them all, just
use these tools, focus on your milestones, and don’t quit. The rest will happen. That’s the key to
VMdirect success.

       AttainResponse Bonus Pool – Up to 2% of the Company’s Commissionable Volume paid
  $    to qualifying VMdirect Affiliates. To earn one share in this bonus pool, a VMdirect Affiliate
       must enroll at least three (3) new AttainResponse* Customers, at the Standard level or
       higher, within the commissionable (calendar) month and maintain them for five (5) days. A
       share value can be as high as $300 USD. There is no limit on the number of shares a
       VMdirect Affiliate can earn in this bonus pool in a given period.
       *AttainResponse base and sub accounts count as one account.

       Leadership Bonus Pool is 3% of the company’s Commissionable Volume paid to qualifying
  $    VMdirect Affiliates. To earn one share in this bonus pool, a VMdirect Affiliate must enroll 3
       new VMdirect Affiliates in the commissionable (calendar) month (all of which must be at the
       Fast Track level or higher), and maintain them for 30 days. To qualify, the Affiliate must
       also have, at minimum, 3 helloWorld or AttainResponse customers. VMdirect Affiliates may
       earn up to 30 shares in this bonus pool.

Go Bronze Bonus! Go Bronze and receive a one time bonus based on 1% of the company’s
  $    entire Organizational Volume*. This Bonus pool is shared amongst all new Bronzes.
       *Must be Fast Track or higher to earn this bonus.


       Go Silver Generation Bonus! Achieve the Title of Silver and you will now be eligible to
  $    earn an additional 2% on your matrix earnings starting at your 5th Level. You will continue
       to earn this bonus until you reach the 4th Level of the second Silver (or higher) below you.
       Reach the Title of Gold and you will extend your Silver Generation bonus one more
       generation.



  $    Go for the Gold Bonus! Go Gold and maintain Gold Title and higher and receive this bonus
       every month. This bonus is 3% of the entire company’s commissionable volume!


       Platinum Generation Bonus! To achieve the paid-rank and title of Platinum and above
  $    you must personally enrolled three (3) new affiliates (3 PE) for the commissionable period.
       Achieve the title of Platinum and, starting at your 6th Level you will be eligible to earn an
       additional 2% on your matrix earnings from that point. You will continue to earn this bonus
       until you reach the 5th Level of the second Platinum (or higher) below you. Reach the Title
       of Diamond and you’ll extend your Platinum Generation Bonus one more generation!

       Super G Bonus! When you qualify as paid-rank of Platinum you are now entitled to earn
  $    the Super G Bonus which will pay you an additional 2% on all your Personally Enrolled
       VMdirect Affiliates and their Personally Enrolled VMdirect Affiliates, and their Personally
       Enrolled VMdirect Affiliates, etc. from this point on for as long as you remain an active,
       qualifying Platinum. You will continue to earn Super G Commissions until someone in your
       Business Organization reaches Platinum. At this point, you will not earn any additional
       Super G Commissions, however you will continue to earn Super G on those VMdirect
       Affiliates up until this point.

       Diamond Generation Bonus! Reach the Title of Diamond and you qualify for the Diamond
  $    Generation Bonus which will extend your Platinum Generation Bonus one more Platinum
       Generation.

       Diamond Team Building Bonus! Reach the Title of Diamond and you can qualify for the
  $    Diamond Team Building Bonus. This bonus pays $25 for each new affiliate enrolled during
       the commissionable period in the qualifying Diamond’s organization up to five (5) active and
       qualified Diamond levels deep. To qualify, a Diamond level affiliate must have at least one
       personally enrolled affiliate achieve the first time title of Director during the commissionable
       period.

       1 Star Diamond Bonus Pool! The 1 Star Diamond Bonus Pool comprises 3% of company
  $    Commissionable Volume and is paid monthly to all qualifying 1 Star Diamond Titled
       VMdirect Affiliates and higher. For every Diamond Star achieved, another share in this
       bonus pool is earned.

       3 Star Diamond Generation Bonus! Achieve 3 Star Diamond, and you will be eligible to
  $    earn an additional 1% on your matrix earnings from that point on starting at your 7th Level.
       You will continue to earn this bonus until you reach the 6th Level of the second 3 Star
       Diamond (or higher) below you. Go 4 Star Diamond and you’ll extend your 3 Star Diamond
       Generation Bonus one more 3 Star Diamond Generation.

$    Ambassador Promotional Bonus! Achieve the Title of Ambassador, maintain it for 12
       months, and you will receive a one time payment of $250,000 USD! This bonus can only be
       earned one time and cannot be earned within the same 12 month period as the
       International Ambassador Bonus.

       International Ambassador Promotional Bonus! Achieve the Title of International
  $    Ambassador, maintain it for 12 months, and you will receive a one time payment of
       $500,000 USD! This bonus can only be earned one time and cannot be earned within the
       same 12 month period as the Ambassador Bonus.

                 VMdirect may offer other Promotional Bonuses from time to time.
             Promotional Bonuses are not to be considered a permanent part of the plan.




  $    Service Pack Bonus Program Paid in USD, this program generates one time commissions
       (as they are one time sales) to the Personal Enroller and 4 Bonuses to the Enroller’s
       Personal Enroller (or upline) through higher stages in the enrollment tree. There are five
       stages total. Commissions and Bonuses are paid on Service Pack upgrades. Commissions
       and Bonuses are paid weekly after the enrolled VMdirect Affiliate has remained in the
       Program for his initial 7-day period as VMdirect has a 7 day return policy. The various Titles
       and Ranks in the VMdirect Compensation Plan (Director, Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc.) have no
       relevance to the SPBP.

Things You Need to Know
All commissions worldwide are based on commissionable volume. All commission payouts are
calculated on U.S. pricing in U.S. dollars (USD).

       1.      It is illegal for a promoter or a participant in a trading scheme to persuade anyone to
               make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join a scheme.
       2.      Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved.
       3.      Upon enrollment at the Fast Track level or above, you have 7 days in which to cancel
               and to receive a refund per the VMdirect Policies & Procedures.
       4.      Upon enrollment at the Basic level, you have 3 days in which to cancel and to receive
               a refund per the VMdirect Policies & Procedures.

If you are not active you FORFEIT ALL COMMISSIONS EARNED DURING YOUR INACTIVE PERIOD. If
you do not have at least one Active Retail Customer in the calendar, commissionable month, you
forfeit all commissions earned during that period. VMdirect recommends all Affiliates acquire and
maintain at least 25 Retail Customers.

VMdirect bills on the 10th and 20th of every month. If your VMdirect Affiliates and helloWorld
Retail Customers enroll on or before the 14th of the month, they will be billed on the 10th of every
following month. If they enrolled on the 15th or later, they will be billed on the 20th of every
following month.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you enrolled prior to August 8, 2008 and have not opted into the latest
compensation plan enhancements you will not be eligible for the 20% Personally Enrolled
Commission. If you desire to upgrade so you are eligible, please email support through your
Customer Support Center.

  • 3. Go Bronze Bonus! Go Bronze and receive a one time bonus based on 1% of the company’s $ entire Organizational Volume*. This Bonus pool is shared amongst all new Bronzes. *Must be Fast Track or higher to earn this bonus. Go Silver Generation Bonus! Achieve the Title of Silver and you will now be eligible to $ earn an additional 2% on your matrix earnings starting at your 5th Level. You will continue to earn this bonus until you reach the 4th Level of the second Silver (or higher) below you. Reach the Title of Gold and you will extend your Silver Generation bonus one more generation. $ Go for the Gold Bonus! Go Gold and maintain Gold Title and higher and receive this bonus every month. This bonus is 3% of the entire company’s commissionable volume! Platinum Generation Bonus! To achieve the paid-rank and title of Platinum and above $ you must personally enrolled three (3) new affiliates (3 PE) for the commissionable period. Achieve the title of Platinum and, starting at your 6th Level you will be eligible to earn an additional 2% on your matrix earnings from that point. You will continue to earn this bonus until you reach the 5th Level of the second Platinum (or higher) below you. Reach the Title of Diamond and you’ll extend your Platinum Generation Bonus one more generation! Super G Bonus! When you qualify as paid-rank of Platinum you are now entitled to earn $ the Super G Bonus which will pay you an additional 2% on all your Personally Enrolled VMdirect Affiliates and their Personally Enrolled VMdirect Affiliates, and their Personally Enrolled VMdirect Affiliates, etc. from this point on for as long as you remain an active, qualifying Platinum. You will continue to earn Super G Commissions until someone in your Business Organization reaches Platinum. At this point, you will not earn any additional Super G Commissions, however you will continue to earn Super G on those VMdirect Affiliates up until this point. Diamond Generation Bonus! Reach the Title of Diamond and you qualify for the Diamond $ Generation Bonus which will extend your Platinum Generation Bonus one more Platinum Generation. Diamond Team Building Bonus! Reach the Title of Diamond and you can qualify for the $ Diamond Team Building Bonus. This bonus pays $25 for each new affiliate enrolled during the commissionable period in the qualifying Diamond’s organization up to five (5) active and qualified Diamond levels deep. To qualify, a Diamond level affiliate must have at least one personally enrolled affiliate achieve the first time title of Director during the commissionable period. 1 Star Diamond Bonus Pool! The 1 Star Diamond Bonus Pool comprises 3% of company $ Commissionable Volume and is paid monthly to all qualifying 1 Star Diamond Titled VMdirect Affiliates and higher.   • 4. $ Ambassador Promotional Bonus! Achieve the Title of Ambassador, maintain it for 12 months, and you will receive a one time payment of $250,000 USD! This bonus can only be earned one time and cannot be earned within the same 12 month period as the International Ambassador Bonus. International Ambassador Promotional Bonus! Achieve the Title of International $ Ambassador, maintain it for 12 months, and you will receive a one time payment of $500,000 USD! This bonus can only be earned one time and cannot be earned within the same 12 month period as the Ambassador Bonus. VMdirect may offer other Promotional Bonuses from time to time. Promotional Bonuses are not to be considered a permanent part of the plan. $ Service Pack Bonus Program Paid in USD, this program generates one time commissions (as they are one time sales) to the Personal Enroller and 4 Bonuses to the Enroller’s Personal Enroller (or upline) through higher stages in the enrollment tree. There are five stages total. Commissions and Bonuses are paid on Service Pack upgrades. Commissions and Bonuses are paid weekly after the enrolled VMdirect Affiliate has remained in the Program for his initial 7-day period as VMdirect has a 7 day return policy. The various Titles and Ranks in the VMdirect Compensation Plan (Director, Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc.) have no relevance to the SPBP. Things You Need to Know All commissions worldwide are based on commissionable volume. All commission payouts are calculated on U.S. pricing in U.S. dollars (USD). 1. It is illegal for a promoter or a participant in a trading scheme to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join a scheme. 2. Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved. 3. Upon enrollment at the Fast Track level or above, you have 7 days in which to cancel and to receive a refund per the VMdirect Policies & Procedures. 4. Upon enrollment at the Basic level, you have 3 days in which to cancel and to receive a refund per the VMdirect Policies & Procedures. If you are not active you FORFEIT ALL COMMISSIONS EARNED DURING YOUR INACTIVE PERIOD. If you do not have at least one Active Retail Customer in the calendar, commissionable month, you forfeit all commissions earned during that period. VMdirect recommends all Affiliates acquire and maintain at least 25 Retail Customers. VMdirect bills on the 10th and 20th of every month. If your VMdirect Affiliates and helloWorld Retail Customers enroll on or before the 14th of the month, they will be billed on the 10th of every following month. If they enrolled on the 15th or later, they will be billed on the 20th of every following month. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you enrolled prior to August 8, 2008 and have not opted into the latest compensation plan enhancements you will not be eligible for the 20% Personally Enrolled Commission.
