In my work as a fitness model, my lean physique and holistic character stand out. With 2-3% body
fat, I have all defined and cut muscle, including a 40" chest with a 31" waist. In addition to my
confident demeanor and masculine, easy-going personality, I am honest, dependable, have a
determined work ethic, and love to have fun!
My fitness schedule during the week: Monday through Friday, I work out from 1 - 4:30pm.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday I lift weights, Tuesday and Thursday I do sprint workouts. Prior to and
after each workout I do a core workout of at least 300 abs and 100 push ups.

I have a very unique personality and have always tried to stay true to myself. I also do not have the the stereotypical,
common "model" look, but whatever I have, I guess some people seem to like it :)

I eat 6-8 times per day, which is every 2-3 hours. I train in the gym 6 days a week and am constantly cooking and
preparing my own food. It definitely is a lifestyle, especially now that I have started competing in natural bodybuilding.

What makes you stand out as a fitness model?
There are two things in particular that I think help me stand out among other fitness models; the first being my
abs and the second being the confidence that I possess in front of the camera. My abs are a superficial quality, but
nonetheless, I get many people staring at me once my shirt comes off. The confidence, more importantly, has helped me
more than anything. There are people out there that are absolutely gorgeous in every aspect of their appearance, but they
do not feel that way about themselves, and that ultimately will shows in front of the camera. I know that I am not Godʼs gift
to mankind, but I do convince myself that I am in front of the camera. Itʼs when you start second guessing yourself that you
begin destroying your image.
What is your fitness schedule during the week?
I try not to exhibit the same workout every week so that I keep my muscles guessing, but here is a quick rundown of a
week in the life of my workout. Monday – Chest workout Tuesday – Upper, middle, and lower back. I also workout my
deltoids on the day that I workout my back. Wednesday – Leg workout! Quads, hamstrings, and calves Thursday – Full
workout dedicated to my triceps, itʼs a big muscle. Friday – Biceps and abdominals, but you can afford to work your
abdominals frequently throughout the week. Saturday – Circuit workout-Workout every muscle group for two to three sets
to get a very nice pump. Most Importantly – Everything I workout must be done with intensity. There should be no such thing
as a casual workout.

I am not just a model, but I understand more aspects of fitness. I am very athletic and I have stood out in several sports. I

I change my workouts regularly. This is an example of what I may follow. I never plan my workouts before the day I do them.
I have learned to work out more on how I feel. I feel like the older I become, the more in touch I am with my body and know
