What is Usability?

Usability:
Usability is the ease of use and learnability of a human-made object.
Web Usability is a very important characteristics of the website, which affects
  diretly its possibility to achive the desired goal.

The goal:
We recommend to define the goal of the usability up front. It can be the
 understanding of the navigation, finishing the shopping proces, finding the
 needed information...

What is NOT a Usability?
A quantitave research focused on the desires of the users.
