7. Fulbright Specialist. Fulbright Specialists are elected through a rigorous reviewprocess to serve

educational/research projects for a period of five years. The Fulbright Commission will match me
with various capacity development and research projects throughout the world and will fund mini-
grants for conducting training and research. In 2013 I spent two weeks in Serbia, at the
innovative Belgrade Open School, training students, civic organizers, and researchers from
Belgrade Open School in the use of online research methodologies, especially those related to
mental mapping. In the coming years I am planning projects in France, China, and Russia.

It is one of the largest science book publishers in the world. 6. Fulbright Specialists are elected through a rigorous reviewprocess to serve as academic and intellectual “ambassadors” and trainers for academic capacity building and educational/research projects for a period of five years. The Fulbright Commission will match me with various capacity development and research projects throughout the world and will fund mini- grants for conducting training and research. In 2013 I spent two weeks in Serbia, at the innovative Belgrade Open School, training students, civic organizers, and researchers from Belgrade Open School in the use of online research methodologies, especially those related to mental mapping.
