Research 1 Research 2 significant no yes Results This study concludes that while distance education may not be superior to or better than traditional face-to-face education, it is not worse than traditional education. It can be an acceptable alternative because it is just as good as traditional education. There is little difference in the performance of students taking online courses and students taking face-to-face classes.
