1. 2 cups mixed berries (halved
strawberries, blueberries, raspberr
ies)
2. 2 kiwis, sliced
3. 1 cup heavy whipping cream (extra
cold)
4. 1 lemon juiced
5. 4-5 tablespoons of confectioners
(powdered sugar)
6. mint for garnish

1. Combine all fruit in a large bowl and
add juice of 1/2 lemon to the mixed
berries and toss, set aside.
2. Take whipping cream out of the
refrigerator (make sure it is very
cold) and pour into cold bowl.
3. Take whisk and start whisking with
big, wide strokes, switching directions
every minute or so.
5. 4. When cream starts to thicken, add powdered
sugar and continue whisking until fluffy peaks
form. This can take anywhere from 3-6 minutes.
5. Once cream is done, set aside and arrange
fruit into bowls or cups and top with whip cream
and garnish with fresh mint.
