Ingredients
• 12 dill pickle spears, chilled
• 3 eggs
• 1/3c water
• breadcrumbs (seasoned or plain)
• canola oil for frying
• ¼ c ranch dressing (for dipping)
•
• Paprika Aioli (Cheater version):
•
• 1c mayo
• 2-3 garlic cloves, smashed
• pinch paprika
• pinch salt

Directions
Pickles:
• Whisk eggs together in a large bowl.
• Add water and whisk well.
• Pour crumbs into separate large bowl.
Use only very cold pickles.
• Dip pickle into egg wash and then cover
fully with bread crumbs.
• Place on wax paper lined sheet pan.
• Repeat till all spears have been used. Put
pickles in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

• Using a deep fryer or large pot heat oil to 350 degrees.
• Add chilled pickles to hot oil and fry for approx 3 minutes
or till golden brown.
• Place on a plate lined with paper towel. Serve with ranch
dressing or paprika aioli.
Aioli:
• To make the aioli, whisk mayo, garlic, and salt in a small
bowl until creamy.
• Sprinkle in paprika. Chill for 30 minutes.
