6. What should I do if I have a concern? If you have a concern that you wish to address in relation to the care your child receives at the Angel English School this should be raised immediately with the School office. Manager. The manager will listen and Endeavour to work with you and the team to reach a resolution. The matter will be logged on a concern or complaint form depending on what the matter relates to.. 7. Parents Club and Holiday Club for children aged 4-12 years old Angel English School now offers an After School and Holiday club service for children aged 5 to 12 years old. Our After School club will commence from 4pm to 5.00pm, Mon-Fri and is run by our After School Club Coordinator. If you would like further information about either the Parents Club or Holiday club, please contact admission team. Parents club provides platform for free English and ICT basic learning at our school on Saturdays.
