Tell them to arrive early, but if they are more than 15 minutes early tell them to wait in their car. Talk about how some interviewers will ask the receptionist what their impressions of the interviewees are. Once you walk in the door the interview process begins. Listening is huge. While you need to communicate you want the job, you also need to listen to them to make sure you are answering them properly. (answer all parts of questions.)
Make sure they know to talk about what they can offer the company professionally, and not about there family, camping, or dog.
They should have STAR examples prepared for multiple situations that they can use in the interview. It is always good to have some examples prepared to share.
Use examples of how to answer the What is your greatest weakness question, or how to tell an employer that you have a criminal record. Talk about how the Jazz have had a negative year, but when ever their management is asked about it they try to make it sound as optimistic as possible.
