1. Notice of Public Involvement Meetings for the
Coors Corridor Plan Update
Albuquerque, New Mexico
The City of Albuquerque will hold a second round of public meetings for the transportation component of the Coors
Corridor Plan Update. The project encompasses the portion of Coors Boulevard from Bridge Boulevard north to
Alameda Boulevard and to the Coors Bypass. The objective of the Coors Corridor Plan Update is to evaluate future
congestion and mobility problems that will affect travel on Coors Boulevard and to identify and evaluate various
alternatives to meet existing and future needs.
The purpose of these public involvement meetings is to share the findings of the project specific to: (1) how growth
and development will affect future traffic flow on Coors Boulevard and (2) the transportation improvement options
being considered for this corridor. Feedback is highly encouraged from the users of this roadway, along with
residents, business owners, and others having an interest in the Coors Corridor.
Two public involvement meetings are planned to increase the opportunity for stakeholder participation. The
information presented will be the same at both meetings. The meeting dates, times, and locations are:
