furnish the details of their employment history in reverse
chronological order.

nature of the job
i.e.

Essays are an important part of the admission procedure and
provide the perfect opportunity to students to showcase their
skills and abilities for endorsing their candidacy.
They can narrate their personal experiences and how these help
shape their professional perspective. However, the university
mandates that all experiences must be from within a span of 3
years.
MIT Sloan asks applicants to write two essays of 500
words each.
6. Essay 1:
The first essay asks applicants to elaborate on how they would
be able to contribute to the MIT Sloan’s mission of
developing leaders who would better the world and enhance
the efficacy of management practices with innovativeness.
The applicant must substantiate their claims with examples
from past working experiences and activities.
Essay 2:
The second essay asks students to elaborate on a time in their

to achieve a goal or objective.

provide any extra information that they wish the
admissions committee to know.

answer, but in any case must not be longer than two pages.

will result in rejection or withdrawal of offer of admission.
