Enjoying Active Aging Week
During Active Aging Week, residents
participated in a community drum
circle as well as a talent show (lower
left) and geocaching scavenger hunt
(lower right). Touchmark Health
& Fitness Club also hosted a full
schedule of wellness offerings during
the week, including: functional fitness
assessments, balance assessments,
SAIL (Stay Active & Independent
for Life) class demonstration, a
demonstration of the new NeuroCom®
Balance Master® assessment and
rehabilitation system, fitness class
demonstrations, healthy snacks, and
more.

It’s been a fun month! Decorating
for fall. Celebrating Oktoberfest.

for an I Love Lucy Appreciation

neighborhood.

memorizing and saying the
twister out loud.
Betty Botter had some butter.
“But,” she said, “this butter’s
bitter.”
If I bake this bitter
butter, it would make my
batter bitter.
But a bit of better butter—
that would make my batter
better.
So she bought a bit of butter,
better than her bitter butter,
and she baked it in her
batter, and the batter
was not bitter.
So ‘twas better Betty Botter
bought a bit of better butter.
