2. Personal Statement My interest in clinical Psychology began around the same time I figured out that my weakness is also one of my greatest strengths. Around the time most young adults are pursuing their college dream and career goals, I was busy entrenched in the underworld of drug addiction and its accompanying anti-social lifestyle. Through professional intervention and treatment I learned my most important life lessons that have set me on a path towards wellness in myself and others.

13. Reflection I remain grateful for the diversity of education that Argosy University has given me both in the classroom and online. My thirst for knowledge in this field has increased and I hope to have my weaknesses challenged in working with children and application of statistics as I venture forth into research. Of course I am forever grateful to the infinite patience and wisdom from my Professors in the undergraduate studies and that I found some powerful women role models to aspire to!
14. My Future in Learning I am committed to on going education as well as to educate and empower others. I will continue my pursuit in obtaining my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Of course I will continue my most important education – the one I receive experientially. In allowing others to teach me on how to help them, I am committed to serve those whom society tends ignore and forget.
