o Access across devices and platforms
o Strong search function (also inside documents,
including handwritten)
o Easy connectivity (email, linked apps)
o Recommended content (in own and outside media)
o High level of security (trusted brand, encryption,two-
factor authentication)

location that inspires you)
• Understand what is going on. What does it mean
(different frames)?
• How might things be connected – are there trends
emerging?
• Develop storylines
• Get feedback to test hypotheses
• How should I act?

(with lists per person/context, due dates)
• Give and take: Help others filter information by sharing
• Provide context and interpretation when sharing
• Use sharing to gain feedback and new insights

• Use strong and unique passwords and appropriate security
• Don't link company accounts to outside applications
• Ensure team access to your work data
• Don't expect IT support (it's not their job)
