CONSERVATION AND USE
Conservation: maintain in dry and fresh place. Recommended temperature for conservation between 4º and 8ºC.
Example: take the cheese out of the fridge and leave it out until it reaches a temperature of approx. 20ºC, allowing the flavours and
aromas to show all their intensity.
