This document outlines three levels of targets for discipleship: evangelizing, edifying, and equipping. Evangelizing involves proclaiming and modeling the gospel to spiritually dead people to bring them to believe in Christ. Edifying instructs and encourages believers to live out the gospel through obedience to Christ. Equipping trains and reproduces faithful believers so they can declare the gospel, preach Christ, and reproduce disciples. The ultimate goal across all three levels is to help people follow Jesus.
