Kayla Boyd Kurti prepares for the day of silence by cutting out stickers to give out to participants.
Zak Turtola covers his lips uniting with over 250 participating students in support of the day of silence.
In previous years many participants put shocking red tape over there lips with the words, “silence” on it to represent the effect of harassment and bullying towards the LGBT student body.
The PULSE club passes around snicker doodle cupcakes to celebrate a successful day of silence.
