managing challenging feelings or if life seems

depression.
6. When to visit a Therapist ?
If your teen is depressed make a appointment with a
therapist as early as possible. Depression symptoms will
never get better on their own. It needs some therapy. If
depression get severe, then the thought of suicide may
come in mind.
Therefore if you find that depression
symptoms are very worse, then visit a
therapist as early as possible.
