A Windows-based action role-playing game inspired by the mythology of ancient Greece, Asia and
Egypt to reach the niche of game enthusiasts and classical history buffs. The graphics-intensive
game, called "Titan Quest" is otherwise a standard computer role-playing game with monsters, loot,
and exotic travels.
"Titan Quest", released on Tuesday, was designed led by Iron Lore Entertainment, the company co-creator
of Age of Empires Brian Sullivan, with a story of "Braveheart" writer Randall Wallace.
Players can re-enact the battles and quests of classical mythology, with the settings to connect from
the Parthenon on the Great Wall of China, and may even multiplayer games over local area networks
(up to six people) or the Internet. It is priced at $ 49.99.
