This question focuses on
certain aspects (features) of
my magazine. This includes
image, layout, stories and
other which could be any
other presentational feature
on the magazine. The most
popular option was layout as
this was organized and
structured in a professional
way. The second most
popular option is image this
is the main image on the
front cover, contents and
double page spread. This is
the most appealing feature of
the magazine as it acts as the
‘lure’ for the audience.

Interview
The most popular
option that was
chosen for the
double page
spread, is the
image, as this is
different to the
photographs of the
front cover and
contents page, as it
has a slightly
different color
scheme, style and
pose. The image is
the most appealing
feature to my
specific target
audience.

Nothing
From analysis of the
production level I
have gone to, to
create a
professional, realistic
and suitable genre it
shows from the
audience feedback
that these
participants do not
feel there is any
improvement.
However other
features have been
selected which could
be improved for a
better over all design
as well as the text, the
font style could be
changed.

Do you prefer my prelim magazine
pages or my main task magazine
pages?
Prelim
Main Task
This is justified
because the prelim is
a basic and more
simpler version and
also this was an
experimentation and
first attempt to the
front cover and
contents therefore
there is significant
improvement in the
main task and is
overall a much better
and more
professional
magazine
production.

What has been the biggest
improvement from my prelim to main
task?
Layout
Images
Creative
Writing
From the audience
perspective, they feel the
biggest improvement has
been the images as the
prelim contained pictures
without backgrounds and
also not as high quality as
the main task images, also
the main task
photographs have a better
quality as well as a stylish
background. The layout
has also significantly
changes such as the cover
lines and format of the
text on the pages
compared to the
preliminary task.
