What follows is the information to learn by heart in
order to turn your life into extraordinary – The Life of

1. I am always Negative!1. I am always Negative!
Negative thoughts manifest themselves into Negative
Beliefs! When you believe you will not achieve
something – you are so right, it won’t come to you.
But it will gravitate itself towards the one who
believed in achieving it.
Self-leadership is about believing in yourself beyond depending on
someone else to believe in you.

2. Success is for others, Not Me!2. Success is for others, Not Me!
You were born into greatness. Remember how
successful a child becomes in learning to walk? Yes,
they fall a lot of times, but rise again and keep
focused on their goal. Walking and running becomes
second nature. You can unleash this greatness in
your life forever.
You miss all the opportunities to win/succeed if you do not practice and
stumble; keep on keeping on.

3. But, Only a chosen few succeed!3. But, Only a chosen few succeed!
Ordinary people that have created extraordinary lives
for themselves and those around them began by
creating extraordinary beliefs around what they aim
to achieve. Mediocrity leads to loss of hope and self-
belief, if stuck in it some serious exceptional work
cannot be attained.

begins with some wildest expectations.” – RALPH CHARELL.

4. I touch nothing, because nothing4. I touch nothing, because nothing
turns into Gold!turns into Gold!
A great outcome WILL NEVER come from consistent
‘daily acts of neglect’ carried out over a long time.
Successful people on the other hand perform small
consistent ‘daily acts of excellence’ that can be
invested in their success bank – the outcome
becomes top-class.

5. I am a No-Body! I’m not some5. I am a No-Body! I’m not some
great CEO or Business Owner!great CEO or Business Owner!
Self-leadership requires no fancy titles to being the
best one can be. If one is called to be a
housekeeper in a Hotel, they should clean the rooms
as Michael Jackson performed on stage or Michael
Jordan took the game winning shots.
“Authenticity is about being true to who you are, even when everyone
around you wants you to be someone else.” – Michael Jordan.

make it all possible.make it all possible.
Perhaps what you do not have is a comprehensive
list of areas of your life (career/personal) that needs
improving, where you are not taking accountability
and where being a victim is much more comfortable
than taking ownership and beginning to take
leadership by making changes.

7. Say I have a list, then what?7. Say I have a list, then what?
Small Daily acts of excellence can help you move
forward. What mini goals can you set as daily
activities to move you towards your BIG goals in
those areas of your life? Start with daily baby-steps.
“I will persist until I succeed. I was not delivered into this world into
defeat, nor does failure course my veins. I am not a sheep waiting to be
prodded by my shepherd. I am a lion, and I refuse to talk, walk, and to
sleep with the sheep. I will persist until I succeed.” – OG MANDINO.

8. I fear being overwhelmed!8. I fear being overwhelmed!
Mostly when we do not find strength to adapt and
embrace the change, we fail to relax and ease into it.
It is OK not to know all the answers and not to know
the possibilities held by the outcome. Use the energy
hidden in the fear to expand your limits and to test
your determination.

9. I don’t have guts!9. I don’t have guts!
Setbacks will occur, people around you will tell you
that you can’t. In your pursuit you will come across a
lot of obstacles. The critics will lie in those
comfortable in the old ways of doing things. BUT,
you beliefs, faith, commitment and persistence has to
be bigger than your fear.
