                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         was able to renegotiate an increase in design
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         fees from an initial $823K to $1.1M because
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         of the newfound trust of the design team by
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         the developer.
