Hinweis der Redaktion
Hello and welcome to the video reference series presented by termpapergurus.com. In this lecture, we will discuss how to cite a book written by a edited book in the reference list of a APA format paper.
The basic format of this citation is the same as what you would expect. The last name of the author comes first, followed by the initial of the first name and the initial of the middle name. This is followed by the abbreviation “Ed.” and “Eds.” if there is more than one editor. The rest of the citation is as usual. The book title is italicized and the location is followed by the name of the publisher. Need I mention again, the “location” is the city where the book was published.
Here is an example of a citation. Please remember, to use hanging indents. If you don’t know how to use them, we have a separate video on it. Please click the link and it will take you there. That’s all for this video I guess, take good care of your academics! Bye!
