5. Step to book an online appointment for Patient with selected
Doctor :
• Search for doctors as per convenient like city, country etc
• Select doctor, view his detail profile, expertise, skill, review & rating
• View calendar date which are available to book an appointment
• Patient can book appointment for each consecutive 15 min , if its
available
• Once patient book appointment for particular date & time, doctor will
see to who’s request has to accept or decline. And confirmation email
will sent to accepted patient for consultation as per booking schedule.
• Patient can also have video conferencing & video chat option to have
online consultation with doctors, else they will visit doctors place as per
scheduled appointment.
6. Step for Doctors to set Appointments:
• Once login , doctor will have appointment setting rights, to select
date/time for his day schedule as per availability
• With patient request doctor can accept/decline booking request,
depends on emergency of patient
• As per schedule appointment doctor will consult with patient also he can
make video conferencing/video chat with patient if he unable to visit
doctor place.
