This document is a social media analytics report from Buzzient analyzing sentiment towards four telecommunications brands (Tiscali, Bouygues, Talktalk, and Vodaphone) from April 3rd to May 2nd 2013. It finds that Talktalk has the highest share of voice and sentiment index, while Vodaphone has the lowest sentiment index. The report also includes trends in sentiment, volume, and sentiment by source (e.g. Twitter vs. Facebook) for each brand over time.

For the give time period, Tiscali, Talktalk enjoy the highest user attitude with Vodaphone
as the lowest among these brands. As noted, Tiscali Sentiment Index is positive.
How your sentiment index compares to your competitors is critical. Comparing your
sentiment to the competition can help you determine whether you need to develop strategy
and tactics that are directed at increasing a sentiment lead or closing a trailing gap.

social media posts referring to your brand in comparison with this set of competitors from a
purely quantitative perspective.
Among these different brands Talktalk clearly dominates the others in terms of Share of
Voice.
