Adobe Connect is a web conferencing tool that allows users to present to groups from anywhere, without requiring software downloads or affiliations. It provides examples of how Adobe Connect has been used, such as for cheaper alternative to face-to-face meetings, international collaborations, teaching distance learning courses, and recording presentations that are saved and shared on YouTube. The document provides instructions for setting up an Adobe Connect account through ITHelp, connecting audio equipment, emailing participants, and getting additional help.

 Ask ITHelp for a connect account
 Always use headphones with mic
 Always plug in first, go into browser, then
do Meeting – Audio Setup Wizard
 One mic at a time
 Email participants in advance with short
