• Pools of newcomers after being thoroughly verified by arshish operators
interviewed by our port captains when possible, and having successfully passed PC
primary tests (Marlin test, CES 4000 etc.) are submitted to the fleet manager or Crew
operator of our principals for approval, including any testing results and feedback.
• n – house training is provided and based on our principals S policy
• eleconference and Video Conference with approved seafarers whenever
requested by our Principals, is available.
• arshish is also committed to the health and safety of shipboard and technical
personnel as well as the sanctity for the environment in which our clients operate
